iLoad is not a major player in either the German or the European market. Here, Usenext and Firstload have the largest slices of the pie. On the plus side, iLoad offers users a wide range of different options. Customers can choose from a pool of various packages and find the package which best matches their downloading habits. iLoad offers one, three, six or twelve month packages in the download classes of 10, 30, 50, 100 and 200 GB. The provider also offers users a free newsreader on concluding a contract. However, iLoad doesn't perform quite as well when it comes to support. Although the test package isn't automatically extended even if users forget to cancel, the only way to contact the customer service team is via the very simplistic contact form. Users will find themselves searching in vain for direct telephone numbers, opening hours or concrete contacts.
